Thanks so much for the upload, but I've run into a bit of trouble. . .

I copied those files to the installation folder, and THEN ran FL Studio, but it was still the demo and would not let me save anything. . .

So I uninstalled and deleted the folders and then I re-installed. . . I haven't copied them to there yet, and I haven't ran FLS yet. . . can someone help me???

i have the same problem. im operating vista. program seems to work. but when i copied the files. i didnt have a "installation" folder. so i copied them in the "installers" folder. what is the exact folder to copy them into? i dont think it worked because i have only the demo. and also. the autotune does not install or work. it only installs read me files. someone help please!!!

ok. got the studio working. followed the copy instructions. i just didnt replace it the first time.

the only problem now is the autotune. all it installs is the manual.

has anyone else got this problem? or know how to solve it and get autotune working. id love to have it.

What's up, ok the Autotune worked fine. The studio works but it can't seem to update, I'm doing this right i hope, i copy and paste them into the FL Studio folder and replace existing files. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, it still loads as demo. Also I'm running vista x64 bit, i know that it has caused some problems with printers in the past. Do you have any suggestions pls? nd thnx

ok. i found the VST in plugin presets. i opened the autotune 'setup' that came when i downloaded this torrent. when i open it. it play some shitty ass music and i install it. it installs and opens but there is nothing there but a manual and 3 read me files.

i drag and dropped the 4 manuals into the VST folder. i opened FL Studio and it shows up as autotune in the VST option... but there is nothing there to open. just the manuals. so when i click on autotune theres nothing.

is there supposed to be more. am i missing something? where do i go to get the autotune program to come up?
HOW DID U ALL GET IT TO WORK FOR THOSE OF U WHO SAID IT DID???

but pasting FLengine.dll,..... file path??
C: --->Program Files----> ImageLine ---->FLstudio8 ??? pasted there, either by replacing the current one, or pasting and leaving both, neither way works for me.

I also found both files, the DLL, and RegKey in this file C:--->program files--->ImageLine--->FLstudio8--->System--->Installers--->VorbisACM
does that need to be messed with???
If you can't help I understand, I am such a computer noob, but thanks for your help up too this point. Peace~

When i try to launch, from Des-top Icon, It don't launch, and I get a window saying:::

I have a question for somebody, i downloaded this and the fruity loops is opening up and working properly but the autotune isent showing up as an available effect & i even added it to VTS plug-In's i tryed doing this to my adobe auditin 1.5 to because that's what i use not fruity loops i just got that cause it came witht he package. so does anybody know who to get the autotune to properly show up in adobe after instalation and adding it into the vts plugin's section?

This torrent is clean. I had no problems installing this. Read the directions and realize some apps are harder to install than others.

Tips to those who are new to this...

Once it's installed do a youtube search for "FL studio tutorial" and if you put time and effort into it you will learn it and be better at it.

so sorrry but im using windows xp professional and i have some questions..........do i have to install fl studios first before i open the fl reg key and if i do have to install fl studio do i install it from the fl studio website or from the file that comes with the torrent because i have tried this over again and it doesn't work this is what i did........................................................................i first installed fl studio then afterwards i unclicked the run box and clicked finish then i went to the fl reg key and i opened it and clicked yes...then copied the flengine.dll and pasted it in the flstudio_8.0_install.exe file and then i restarted the computer ......then when i opened the flstudio it went into demo version pleaaaaaassssse heeeeeelllllllpppp

although i appreciate your effort, i was merely offering my experience with it, as you ve seen in the torrent i made where i repeat caution and not accusation of any kind about your work . now DrWeb has helped me on several instances so i cant tell if is junk or not and this time was backed by Avira. anyway it appeared ODD to me and i found many of my files infected after the installation of FL8, this is a fact, hence the word of caution. but as the torrent has been up for months maybe somewhere/somehow got infected. cant explain it otherwise. any help/info is welcomed. keep up the good work and thanks

but when i click on it, it gives me this error that says "The application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the this problem."

for those who dont understand the instructions, if you have windows go to the start menu and click on computer and from there look for the programs files folder. You should find the "Image Line" folder. Click on it and you should also see the "Fl Studio 8" folder. Copy & paste: "FLEngine.dll" into that folder and then open fl studio and it should be unlocked.

I went to the setup, and I installed it into the VST folder. But I'm confused, when I start up FL studios after that, I don't know where to go to enable the autotune. I've had a cracked FL studio since 8.0.x was available on TPB, but last week I restarted my computer, it ran that chkdsk crap.

Now when I start up any FL Studio (I've tried v7 too) with an unlocker dll, it just says "FL Studio has stopped working" as soon as I open it. Sometimes it just doesn't open, depending on what compatibility mode I run it in.
The program works fine if I run it in demo mode.

good torrent, but in the readme in the torrent file it says that you have to copy the FLRegkey and the FLengine.dll to the installation folder. but you have to run the FLRegkey and don't paste it.

you only have to copy & paste the FLengine.dll

Despite following every last bit of your instructions, when I replace the FLengine.dll, Fruity Loops doesn't work. Once I replace FLengine.dll, it crashes on startup, saying "FL Studio engine Launcher has stopped working"

I had this same exact torrent working 100% on my computer before, and had to reinstall it because it started getting this error one day. Reinstalling it didn't fix it.

It's not just you're torrent, it's ANY Fl Studio torrent. I've tried several. Even for FL Studio 7. As soon as the FLengine.dll gets replaced, it starts giving the aforementioned error when I try to start it up.

I'm running it in Vista x32, and I've tried every compatibility mode. Nothing works.

Please, PLEASE don't tell me it's because I'm not following your instructions.

First of all, because I said I DID read and follow the instructions HERE ON THIS PAGE and not in the file. I'm no dumbass, and I didn't let FL Studio run before I was finished.
I'll say it again: I followed your instructions. These instructions. NOT the ones in the torrent.

Secondly, telling me to get a new OS isn't helping either. I've had FL Studio 7 and 8 WORKING on this computer before WITH Windows Vista. Obviously, Vista is not the problem since it was working before.

I had to make space, and I uninstalled it. Now that I have space on my hard drive again, I'd like to be able to use FL studio again and save my files, but the only piece of advice I've been given so far is "read the instructions" and "Get a new OS." Neither of those are helping me.

Let's say I had Windows XP SP3 and was still having this problem. What would you tell me then?

2007prt1 can you stop banging on about people not reading the instructions. I finally got it working; you should have said it doesn't work on vista in the torrent details. I have both XP and Vista on my computer, followed the instructions the same way on both operating systems and it only worked on XP.

It does work on Vista. You have to enable the .exe startup file in the D.E.P. settings in advanced system settings.

He should put that into the original thing. I agree, don't get on people's asses about as your directions are bad for Vista.

And yes.. before you go batsman crazy and tell me to install it in the vts folder and whatnot.. my problem is that the exe file wont open at all.. im unable to install it.. it says

And thats it... i tried moving the exe files to some other dir (including vts plugins) but i got the same error message ..
